We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be returned in new/unused condition. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within 30 days whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange. If approved, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipment, and we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
For US Customers: Our prices are the same for all customers regardless of location. We absorb any applicable import tariffs or duties on our end — you will not be charged any additional tariff fees upon delivery.
International Orders: We ship to customers worldwide. All return and exchange terms apply equally to international customers. Customers outside Canada and the US are responsible for any customs or import duties incurred when returning items.
